| * Maximum participation for each course is 50 pax. Registrations at the Pre Conference Courses will be at a first come and first served basis. |

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to the organizing secretariat ([email protected])
– Full refund will be refunded for cancellations received before August 23th 2016, less Euro 50,00 handling fee
– 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before September 23st 2016
– After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.
PAYMENT:
Advance payment must be made in euros and by credit card (preferred) or by bank transfer. Online credit card payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard ( American Express and Diners are not accepted).
